1) Where does Simple Sell buy properties?

We buy properties all over DFW.

2) What is the general price range Simple Sell is interested in?

We generally don’t purchase properties over 350,000. However, we will make larger purchases on a case by case basis.

3) What happens if Simple Sell cannot make an offer on my home?

We have a network of investors and your property may fit their criteria. We also have other options such as selling the home on the open market. Selling the home on the market will generally yield you a better monetary return.

4) Does Simple Sell charge any fees?

Unlike the larger homebuying companies, we do not charge you any transaction fees that are paid to the brokerage when we purchase your home. Throughout the sales process, there are other costs such as title company fees that are negotiated between us (Simple Sell and Seller) before you finalize the sell of your home.

5) How long does the process take?

Once all terms are agreed upon in writing, the process can take as little as two weeks.

6) Do I have to move immediately once I officially sell my home to Simple Sell?

A move-out date after the sell date can be negotiated depending on your needs.

7) What if I need guidance throughout the process?

We are here to help! Simple Sell has a support team available 7 days a week through either email, or phone.  Our team is on from 9:00am (central) to 8:00pm (central).
